Review on Sectional radiator Royal Thermo PianoForte 500, number of sections: 10, 11.7 m2, 1170 W, 800 mm. by Ada Niemirka ᠌

On August 5, 2022, after reading a lot of positive reviews (apparently custom-made) about this radiator, I purchased 4 pieces (2 of 4 sections and 2 of 6 sections). On the official website, the manufacturer claims that the radiators are insured for 1 million dollars and have a 10-year company warranty, are very reliable, etc. On August 18, I decided to install radiators and called plumbers. And . the first radiator dripped. Drip right away! Turned out to be a manufacturing defect. As a matter of urgency, I had to look for another radiator and incur losses - downtime for plumbers and their additional work, trips for another radiator, buying it, etc. All positive emotions from the purchase immediately evaporated. I wrote a complaint to the manufacturer - to royalthermo. But there was no answer, no call. Moreover, in the store where I bought this “miracle unit”, I was paid my money for the defective goods and was informed that royalthermo, in response to my claim, indicated that this was not a marriage and it was my own fault! And they do not intend to return the money for the goods. So dear customers, be careful with the choice of famous brands! There are many words about the quality of royalthermo products, but there is no quality and service!
