What can I say - it is easy to assemble alone, for this you need a corner of the table cleared of rubbish. Just do not put the seat on the plane, the backrests stick out from it. The assembly diagram attached to the chair is not a photo of how it should be, this is exactly the SCHEME. It does not show that the topgun is shifted closer to the back. This can be confusing for beginners, I beg you - don't drill anything, just find the holes. A rough drawing is attached. You can only cling to the plugs of the backrest tilt mechanism, they are straight from very cheap plastic, they are fastened with one bolt in the center, and if your chair is in a narrow space and you touch the furniture and the walls, they will definitely fall off. Please note that they are different, the right and left covers are different. Armrests with comfortable adjustments and a swivel mechanism for easy exit from the table without turning the chair itself. However, they are just for holding your hand, if you do gymnastic exercises on them, they will fall apart. If you like to recline on an armrest or plank on it from time to time, look for a chair with a framed armrest. The chair itself is very comfortable in terms of landing, it’s just anatomically superbly made (I’m 173 tall), and the headrest and lumbar support are made as it should, with the necessary rigidity. But the adjustments are limited and if your height is 180 or above, I don't think it will be as comfortable. It remains to check how long it will last, if it falls apart quickly, I will add a review.
