Good seller, I paid the shipping costs for an exchange. Excellent communication. Bought for my father who recently had a stroke patient. The material is firm but light enough to maneuver to shape the size and fit properly. In general everything is fine, I put 4 π because of the size. X small was too small and size small was too big, part of the thumb on the brace didn't fit
