WELL MADE VERY NICE WESTERN STYLE TOOL
Bought for my Miniature Australian Shepherd aka North American Shepherd so sadly his longer coat mostly hides his new western bling but that's ok. I like how the ends of the collar are tapered and the rest of the collar is wider.
