Ideal for post-surgery recovery!
This dress was purchased for my husband while he was recovering from open heart surgery. He loves security and warmth. He can wear it as intended or put it on backwards when sitting in a chair, and it also works like a blanket. He is 6ft 1in, 270 and we bought XL. It fits him perfectly but he said he wished the sleeves were a little longer.
