Unstable part that needs a thorough sanding

Cons: 1. Arrived with jagged edges, nicks and scratches that we need to sand down. We don't have to sand furniture that costs almost $40.2. Wobbly/unstable even when placed on a flat hardwood floor surface. Advantages: 1. Overall beautiful appearance with attractive wood grain.2. High height for a table at the end - good alongside a standard sofa or loveseat.3. Studs on the soles of the feet prevent scratching of the floor.
