A little disappointing.
Two things: The hair didn't get thicker. Pleasant to the touch, not dry as usual. But it doesn't really feel like it has more volume. Also, the bottle is VERY difficult to squeeze to squeeze the shampoo out! I'm having a hard time with bottles in my hands due to arthritis. But the plastic of this bottle is very hard and I find it almost impossible to squeeze the shampoo out. I hope your company will work on it!
