I like how you can do basic drawings without much training. You need someone with design skills to make it look nice but that isn't hard. If you are willing to put in some time and effort you can get good results relatively quickly. The software is fairly intuitive once you get past the initial learning curve of finding out how all the parts work together. I think the interface can be improved by making some things more obvious (such as the buttons). Some tasks are not intuitive at first. For example you have to know where to find all the components. For an agency this could pose a problem since it requires everyone working in the office to know how to use the program. It's very easy to learn, even if you never used a CAD system before.
