Review on 🐠 Klein Tools 56331 Fish Tape: Efficient Steel Wire Puller with Double Loop Tip - Optimized Housing and Handle, 1/8-Inch x 50-Foot by Alex Tellekson

A RELIABLE SOLUTION FOR PULLING WIRES THROUGH OTHER ENCLOSED SPACES.

I recently moved into a new house. When I first entered, it was a disaster area. Before I bought it, this apartment was rented. The owner wanted to get out of the business for good. I wanted a house at a good fixed price. Ok I understand. This place didn't have wired internet cables in the rooms. Wi-Fi is good but I work from home and the Wi-Fi speed just isn't good. So I had to run Cat 5 cables through metal racks, which was a bit of a beast. This fish tape worked well. He was both tough enough to lead and flexible enough to give way when needed. I ended up having to capture four Category 5 R45 internet cables above the lower ceilings of two adjacent bathrooms. It was really hard work. First, this fishing tape was long enough to accomplish the task of connecting two small full bathrooms. The design of this fishing line didn't allow it to snag so much that I couldn't fix the less-than-optimal hidden situations I encountered. The take-up spool works well, but you need moderate male strength to pull the tape back. My brother's wife had trouble getting the tape back in and out, but she is a gentler woman. She just likes to try things related to building outside of her usual wheelhouse. This fishing tape has worked wonders for me. I have no problem with that. I am rating it 5 stars because this fish tape is amazing.
