The ease in which to use their platform by having it integrated with Salesforce is great for our organization! Their support team can be very helpful when something does not work as intended or they are working through an issue that may arise from time-to-time. This has been one area where we have felt comfortable using them since all issues seem resolved quickly (usually within 1 day). They also provide some really useful integrations like Zapier so you don't even need 3rd party tools anymore. I think this is just about everything there could possibly be said at this point. We've used Infovae several times before and never had any problems. It always seems they take care of us while maintaining confidentiality regarding what's going on behind closed doors.
