This product contains healthy ingredients. It works very well as an inside job. However, the taste is absolutely terrible. Some work is definitely needed in this area. But with all the vitamins and minerals, it would be hard to hide the flavor and still make it healthy. I recommend either drinking it with a chaser or mixing it with something that can mask the taste. The pump and the win are worth it. Just note that the flavor is similar to fruit sawdust and stones. The product really works, so it's a small price to pay.
