After reading all the reviews I finally settled on this lighter. Despite the low price, I had medium to high expectations. Unpacking and first impression: - The lighter was well packed. - Looked good and had a good weight. etc. Now I'm ready for my first light. I had to activate the lighter several times, at least 3, before it could ignite. When I lit my first cigar, the small mirror in the lid immediately came off. Very disappointed! I would like to note one more thing that I did not like: the lid that closes the burner has to be opened manually. I gave this product 2 stars because I like the construction (seems heavy/durable), the design is very good with a hole in the bottom and a small window to see the fuel level. Disappointed that the cap fell apart and after a few uses I still have to flick the lighter at least 3 times for it to ignite. I will come back for a refund. I may have wanted a replacement as the only way to get this back is to drive to a Revain pickup location near the city center and I'm wondering if it's even worth it given the price of this item. I need to empty the lighter and pack it and everything before I come back. UPDATE: I contacted the seller about the issue and he replied to contact Revain customer service to get the backup etc done. I contacted Revain and they immediately addressed my concerns and they even offered to refund my money without having to go to City Center to return this item. Many thanks to Revain for their excellent service. That's why I'm a Prime member and will continue to be a loyal customer, they always try to help and sometimes like this time they go out of their way. I really appreciate the service and attention.
