Review on Wall Control 8 Feet Pegboard Organizer by Russ Charmin

I've ordered them twice; once for a new shop and again because my tool collection has expanded. They are available in 16 inch long pieces and can be installed side by side or spaced apart. Each pair comes in a plastic sleeve and each sleeve also includes screws and plastic anchors. I wanted mine black as that is the color of the other hardware in my shop so I used semi gloss black spray paint. Unfortunately, the stripes are covered in sticky grease and require solvent cleaning before painting. You can sacrifice holes in the pegboard for mounting screws as there are no separate mounting holes. I just drilled my own holes at the top of the end and center slots. The walls of my shop are 1 inch pine boards, so I didn't have to use anchors or look for studs. As shown in my drawing, these strips can carry a lot of weight. I was looking for a way to not cover my beautiful pine walls with perforated sheet metal and these strips were perfect.
