Not a fan ha! Moves on small necks
I ordered this fan, it was quite big for my neck and moved a bit. It was hard to get fans to cool my face and neck. The dual fans stick out way and get in the way so I returned them to a family that wears around the neck like headphones, has 78 air vents and is 100% better for my little neck. The part where the batteries go got sweaty while wearing. It's also louder than my other style.
