Looks like a pair of oversized headphones. The neck pieces are soft so I don't really notice I'm wearing them. You can adjust where the air blows by turning the fan section. There is a digital display of battery charge. The battery lasts all day. I just charge it overnight and it's ready again. The fan is quiet at low speeds. At medium and high frequencies, the fan vibrates more, which also affects my hearing. When colleagues talk to me at a higher speed, I either have to slow down or move the device away from my ears.
