Wireless phone charging works very well and charges my phone quickly (iPhone SE 2020). The device must be connected to the network to function as it is not a wireless charger. Cup warmers not great. It gets very hot, so hot you can hardly touch it. However, only traditional thin, flat-bottomed cups will work with this warmer. All handmade, oddly shaped, or double-walled mugs won't keep you warm. No temperature control. It's getting really hot, that's all. The bottom of the device doesn't get too hot, so it shouldn't damage the furniture (e.g. a table) you use it on. You have to press a button to turn the warmer on as it doesn't automatically recognize your cup. The phone charger works automatically when you put your phone on it. You can also charge your phone and use the heating pad at the same time. If you're using old-style mugs, this might work for you, but be aware that options are limited. If you're buying to charge your phone, you can get a dedicated wireless phone charger for less than 1/3 that price, or a portable wireless charger.
