Review on Enhanced Linksys WUSB11 Wireless-B USB Network Adapter v4 by Patrick Lets

WUSB11 didn't work out of the box. Luckily I read a previous review that mentioned that many came with faulty USB cables. My neighbor uses WUSB11 so I tried it and it actually worked. I emailed Linksys about the issue and both support drones replied that I should return everything even though it was just a cable that needed replacing. Also, I had to pay for return shipping and half the shipping cost for a replacement since I live in Hawaii (and they don't ship through USPS so shipping isn't cheap!). I decided to try their toll free number as a last resort. Luckily, whoever answered could actually think! Without me suggesting anything, she immediately said she would see if she could just telegram me and called me back to confirm dispatch. The replacement cable came quickly and has been working flawlessly ever since. BTW, I couldn't get the "latest driver" for Win98SE that I downloaded from the Linksys site to work, but the one that came in the box works fine. Much luck!
