I almost gave up...my 13 year old kitten (that I've had for 6 weeks) and I used to be loyal to the best kitty litter in the world and then we went to Dr. But the last few laps with those brands were terrible. From a cement-like mass that won't budge to a lump that dissolves the second I try to scoop... I'm just sick of it. I did some research and bought a Boxiecat Pro a few days ago. So far...no smell (and I live in a very small space) and perfect pee that doesn't crumble or turn to cement. The smell of poop isn't even that strong. I don't need a perfect one, I use a kitty litter mat to catch the sediment when my kitty comes out of the crate... but the granules are very easy to soak up very quickly. I keep my handheld vacuum next to the box to make my life easier. Anyway, cat people are weird, but people who leave bad reviews about cat litter are even weirder than the rest. I'll never be that bitter cat person again...if something doesn't work for us, we're happy to move on. And as long as BoxieCat pro works for us, we will use it.
