Review on ๐ŸŽฒ Professional Wooden Lymphatic Drainage After Liposuction Dice Roller - 15 inch Maderotherapy Soft Tissue Therapy Recommended by Experts by Becky Taylor

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Suitable for massaging large, flat muscles and

lymphatic drainage zones. I have been practicing manual lymphatic drainage for over 25 years. I mostly work with my hands, but sometimes a tool can come in handy. This Mr. Woodward dice roller is for large muscles that are mostly flat. By holding two handles, I can evenly adjust the pressure levels on a 6.5 inch flat muscle at the same time. The only moving parts are 4 separate cubes, everything else is stationary. Each block is beautifully finished with rounded edges to ensure the pressure doesn't damage your fascia, muscles, tendons or nerves. Be sure to apply even pressure and don't apply it too hard to cause damage. Work outwards from the core and nodes, following the lymphatic system, using long strokes and gentle pressure. The goal is to stimulate your lymphatic system to process and remove trapped fluid. For me, this device is a bit limited in that it doesn't flex. The stiffness prevents use on smaller and rounder parts such as arms, shoulders (front), shins, knees, neck. Even smaller people will have a hard time for the same reason. You may only be able to use this on your back and buttocks. All in all good for discreet, limited useโœจ

Pros

Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something like
