I received the item and read the instructions. Filled with distilled water below the fill line and tried to turn it on. The lights came on and blinked as instructed. I pressed the button for 1.5 seconds and the light came on and started working but no vapor came out. I left it on for over 30 minutes and nothing happened except the lights changed color. She replaced the item and I am pleased to report that the new unit is working properly. It produces good vapor and looks great on my desk. This is a good and serious seller. highlighted.
