Good but overpriced
The kids loved it. My boys are 3 and 9 and had fun decorating this, playing inside and my toddler loved the race track upstairs. It took about 3 days before it was completely destroyed. Yes, the box falls apart quickly. I would say it's around $15 not $35. I don't think I will buy it again.
