The bow is missing.
Very cute shoes. My daughter loved them and wore them to school once the first day she got them. And return home with one of the bows. She hasn't worn them for 6 hours. I contacted Crocs confident that the order was as shown in the photo of the shoes and they refunded me for another pair of shoes and said they did a great job of keeping their customers happy.
