Looks like a mini bug vacuum.

The paint attracts some moths and small insects. It has different fan speeds. The purple color differs from insecticides like "Flowtron" as you can see in the photos above. I like it if you pair it with a killer because if you open a box that has bugs in it, they spread.

Pros

Insect Screen Upgrade: Use fireproof ABS plastic as shell, more durable for repeated use. Removable dead insect tray with finer mesh to prevent insects from escaping.
