Review on 📞 VTech CS6429-4 4-Handset DECT 6.0 Cordless Phone: Answering System, Caller ID | Expandable up to 5 Handsets | Wall-Mountable | Silver/Black by Monique Larsen

This is an update of my previous review and a deep downgrade. I ordered this product about six weeks ago. Set up and programmed without incident. The system worked perfectly for a month or so. But right after closing the return window, the transmitted audio stopped working as if the entire system was turned off. The party on the other end of the call was perfectly audible, but they couldn't hear me. I have contacted V-Tech for assistance through Revain.com's arbitration process and have been promised a response within 48 hours. It didn't happen: I received no contact from support, no suggestion for a possible solution, no apology for my inconvenience, no offer for a replacement or refund. Grilling. Right now it looks like I'm stuck with a $60+ system that isn't working. Apparently also the amazon.com/feedback system. This longtime Prime customer is still happy; but now i am very disappointed.
