This thing CONTROLS. I use it to funnel sanitizer or cleaner from a small soda bottle into the beer lines so I don't have to waste more CO2 in a big keg. You can transfer the beer from the keg to a soda bottle (using an appropriate length of silicone hose over the fitting as a dip tube), back pressure by slightly loosening the screw to relieve the pressure, and tap on the go with a picnic tap and a portable carbon dioxide source. It's basically a tiny soda bottle gadget and you can peek inside the clear soda bottle. There are many things you can use this for. Small sample batches etc. I'm glad I have it.
