FITS PERFECTLY. to my rating.
I had to choose between a size 4 and 6 for my 5 year old. I chose 4 because she is quite slim and I didn't want her halter to become looser as I went up in size. It fits perfectly! I mean it fit her just above her ankle and it worked for us when she wore it to a beach wedding.
