Easy to install. I also liked the light, but my oven has three lighting modes. So it's glowing on low and when you switch to medium it's light bubbles and on high it's bright and good. When I turn off the switch, the light still stays on and can't be turned off, so for me it's on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I will switch to another one soon. It might work well if your oven has four light settings.
