Will not turn off when used with a Whirlpool microwave. Flickers on low settings

I tried another E17 LED (non-dimmable) and it didn't go out so I looked for one specifically for a dimmable microwave. This one is worse than the first. The former always stayed on, but it was bright with light on both high and low settings. It stays on, but it's bright on high settings and flickers insanely on low settings.

Good light but it also shines with the switch 24/7!

Easy to install. I also liked the light, but my oven has three lighting modes. So it's glowing on low and when you switch to medium it's light bubbles and on high it's bright and good. When I turn off the switch, the light still stays on and can't be turned off, so for me it's on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I will switch to another one soon. It might work well if your oven has four light settings.

Great light output but won't turn off

I am buying these to replace a burned out dimmable bulb in my microwave. There are two units in the package. These are the pros and cons of this product. Advantages: - High light output, certainly higher than the incandescent lamp can offer. LEDs always offer this advantage. They are 2" long, many microwaves require this size, other 2.5" bulbs will not fit. The only problem with this product is that it does not turn off.
