Good for footwork but smelly
I use this ball on the recommendation of a physical therapist to get rid of scar tissue on the bottom of my feet. The ball is a good size and consistency for this purpose. But, boy, it stinks (ball, not my leg). Despite the fact that I'm sitting in a chair and rolling the ball under my foot, I still get sick from that awful smell. It smells like rotten garlic to me. When I get ambitious, I try soaking it in a solution of baking soda and water.
