Good for footwork but smelly

I use this ball on the recommendation of a physical therapist to get rid of scar tissue on the bottom of my feet. The ball is a good size and consistency for this purpose. But, boy, it stinks (ball, not my leg). Despite the fact that I'm sitting in a chair and rolling the ball under my foot, I still get sick from that awful smell. It smells like rotten garlic to me. When I get ambitious, I try soaking it in a solution of baking soda and water.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Bad

Great for my Maligator

My Belgian Malinois loves to chew and he LOVES this ball. As with any toy I keep a close eye on him and don't let him chew on it. It is only used for playing Loot. The ball is slightly smaller than a tennis ball but very dense and will not break in half like a tennis ball. It's very bouncy and light, making it easier to throw than the conga balls he usually uses. Surprisingly I think it's even more difficult than the black kong as it's very dense.

Pros
  • Trial for a year

I've been told to try a lacrosse ball and use it to reduce the stress I get from my tennis elbow as well as my rotator cuff issues. After using the ball, I feel a lot less tension and can perform lifts with less stress and tension, which should reduce my chances of…
