In the era of zoom calls, this is a must-have tool for work. This bluetooth headset came in a well packed box. Inside is a carrying case with a headset inside, as well as a charging cable, a case for headphones of different sizes, and a user manual. The carrying case is made of matte material, anti-fingerprint and durable in touch. Since I often slip my headset into a full book bag, I need something that can withstand accidental squeezing. When the bag is zipped closed, it takes quite a bit of force and only gives slightly when I press hard with my hand. I am sure, if i accidentally drop it or my book bag is too much trouble, the box will still be intact. Without reading the instructions, I was able to quickly turn on the headset and connect to my computer via Bluetooth. There are 4 buttons: power, mute and volume up and down. They work well right out of the box and are easy to find even when I'm wearing the headset by feeling them. The guide is also helpful if you have difficulty using the headset.
