This KVM works for what I need. I needed an easy way to connect my two monitors, a keyboard, and a mouse to two computer towers (to save space on my desk!). During working hours I usually sit at one computer and when I'm done I switch to another. Setup was easy - thanks to reading a few reviews emphasizing the need to buy all the necessary cables - and it worked almost on the first try. I was a little frustrated at first when the keyboard and mouse worked, but after trying all the different USB slots I found what worked. I encountered an issue where my computer didn't detect a mouse when my WACOM tablet was connected to KVM. . The computer could not find the mouse after switching from a computer and back with a tablet connected to the switch. It's easy enough to plug the tablet directly into the computer I'm working on, so I wouldn't say it's a big problem. It looks like my computer in slot 1 can't receive the video signal from monitor 1 when I switch back. from comp2 to comp1 goes to sleep. This usually requires a reboot. This isn't a big issue and could be an issue on the computer side, not the Switch. Overall I would say it does exactly what I need and I'm satisfied.
