False advertising. There is a big difference between "natural" and ORGANIC castor oil. I was very upset when I received in the mail what it looks like on the thumbnail only to find that it is natural and not organic. Anyone can slap a natural on a bottle. My fault for not paying enough attention. Big disappointment. UPDATE: The account owner tried to pay me $75 to remove my review. I wonder how many of those 5 and 4 star reviews were PAID.
