Review on 🐶 KYEESE Waterproof Windproof Dog Jacket | Reflective Strip Quilted Cold Weather Coat with Adjustable Size & Leash Hole by Amber Powell

I have recently purchased other KYEESE dog jackets and have no complaints about their construction. The problem comes with the fit, they either fit your dog or they don't. I have a 16 month old mini golddoodle that weighs 32 pounds, has a back length of about 22 inches, and has hair that looks more like a poodle than your typical Astrakhan coat. I have two other windproof fleece jackets for the winter. The problem with sizing (regardless of the KYEESE model) is that XL is about 3 inches shorter in back length for my dog but fits perfectly on the neck and chest, XXL is perfect in back length but too big. in the neck and chest area. I left both of them, because due to the fact that the fleece grabbed his hair (even XXL, although it's a little slippery and a little sloppy), they stay. The waterproof windproof version we tried was the XXL, the main theme of this review, has more flannel lining and as such slips off immediately due to the extra chest space. There are Velcro fasteners, but they are only attached up to the stop. This jacket has been returned. I live in downtown New Jersey and this winter of 2021-2022 has been cold. The fleece-lined version is warm and my dog doesn't wear it for the most part, except when the XXL coat gets caught in the wind from behind and almost slips off. Ideally if I could order one of these KYEESE styles with XXL back and XL neck and chest it would fit perfectly!
