Gorgeous breeches! Very stretchy, may need to be downsized

PROS: - very stretchy - comfortable to wear - very good for the price - material not very hot or thick in a shirt, underwear etc) These will be my new ones Riding breeches for study and maybe for showing, depending on how brown their tan riding breeches are. I ordered gray breeches and I love the color! I was afraid I would have to return them as I hate ordering clothes online without trying them on, but the sizing chart pretty much matched what was said. I usually wear a size 26-28 as my weight fluctuates and I get a lot of bloating from arthroplasty and IBS, but the 28 was a bit large for me and as I rode in it you could see the fold of the fabric. photos I've included. I decided to leave them for the days when I ride with a bloated stomach. I haven't washed them yet so I'll update the review to see if they shrink after washing. I let my pants air dry, so I'm not expecting a huge sizing adjustment. They look a little lighter than the picture, which is great because I wanted something that looked like white but not brilliant white. The item description also lists the breeches as more of a "winter" material and I found them surprisingly light and thinner than some of my other breeches. My mid-rise Piper breeches are much thicker than these, they're heavy, and my tall boots have a hard time fitting in my Piper. I was glad the material wasn't that heavy or thick so my boots fit comfortably. Overall they are great for their price and I'm definitely looking forward to buying more! I'll probably downsize to 26 for a better fit. For reference, I'm 5'2" tall and can weigh between 102 and 107 pounds (current weight: 103).
