This is a COMPLETE KIT. It includes all the cables you need to turn your hideous, micro-stinky Ford stereo into a high-tech command center. Again, you don't need to buy anything other than the receiver along with this kit. I also bought an antenna adapter because someone on this site said you need one, but it came with the package so now I have to try to return it. I highly recommend buying a CarPlay receiver as it works really well. As for this particular kit, there's a TON of cables, so if that doesn't scare you, you're done. My air conditioning seems to react better with it than with the standard controller. Even if you have heated seats and a shaker like I do, all of these traits remain in this cat.
