The 'picture' of this wall mount looks great and I admit I bought it because of the price. The actual metal support arms have plastic covers that you clip on to hide the arms once installed. I have two $60 Sanus mounts on other top of the line TVs so you basically get what you pay for with this one! Unless you're mechanically inclined, you might find that a small instruction sheet (actually just a small sketch that's hard to see) poses a challenge to understanding. That took me some time. The biggest complaint I have is whether it actually supports my £34 TV. When fully extended (which I would never do with this mount) the arms are bent down and it looks sketchy! If either bolt breaks or comes loose, my TV will definitely fall. I'm not sure if these are grade 8 screws, but I doubt it. I've been using this mount in the corner of my kitchen and as long as it works (not fully extended) I think it's fine. My wife said to return it but after all I've been through to install it it's a hassle. Just beware of these concerns.
