Pretty much a 5 start, though.

One of the sliding doors was not fitted and almost looks like the fitted one was on the wrong side BUT it could have been user error. I like that side and front are our options and that's what I need. Unfortunately I didn't understand the height of the side entrance due to the sliding doors. My dog didn't have any of this. Solid product 100%. I would feel like my 65 lb bulldog would be safe. When he got up it was a little cramped (he's an old Englishman, bigger than an English bulldog).
