This product works as expected. until it is. I've now replaced a base unit, then the bezel and now the bezel is dead again. And that's with only two months of use. Customer service is very annoying with numerous emails asking how satisfied you are with technicians refusing to believe or listen to your concerns. the return process is terrible; Wait two days for an email to be approved, then two days to receive a response to your approval, and then a week to receive a replacement. As a result, the service technicians simply stopped responding. I spent enough money on it and now this final death is the end for me. Please don't be a fool - look around and buy something reliable.
