I like the fact that it allows me to have different user permissions. Sometimes when we use other companies systems, certain things don't work right unless everyone has access at once. The benefits are that it helps keep track of hours, but the down side is that if someone forgets to clock in, then that information will be lost. I would suggest looking into how this system works best for you so that it would fit into your business. It does its job well and doesn't cost much to run. It has really helped us keep track of hours worked and what not.
