The boot came on time, the packaging is reliable. This review is for the boot itself. There are no strap holders securing it around the leg. As the horse moves, the weight of the water causes the boot to slide down and allows the hoof to slide over the sidewall of the boot. Also, the elastics are too soft for the stiffness of the boot material and too long to be tightened. It's better than a bucket, but not by much. The horse should still stand perfectly still, as if drenched in a bucket. This isn't a "get dressed and soak the horse for half an hour" deal. You must always tighten the boot if the horse is moving at all and certainly if he wants to put his foot on the paw. It was better than nothing, the best I can say.
