Don't give money away. My picture shows nicks (not really burrs) which I assume should have helped hold the sheath in place, but no reasonable force will drive them into the sheath. The least "Inspector #039" could do is make sure that something in the batch actually fits together. Update: Notches sawn off and finally built.
