Pros: (1) Works! I don't know if there are many benefits besides the fact that it serves its intended purpose. I found I was paying more attention to my posture even when I wasn't wearing it. I would recommend this product to those who struggle with slouching and slouching. Cons: (1) There was a slight odor coming from the packaging. I didn't find it overwhelming and it went away fairly quickly. (2) It ran down my back causing it to put a lot of pressure around C5/6 where I still struggle. No matter how I tried to tighten or loosen it, it went up. Well, I'm short (5'2) and I guess that's a pretty unique situation for my body type. Since I was climbing I never wore them more than 3 hours a day. (3) It can be uncomfortable under the armpits. There are a few pads in the kit to help, I would recommend using extra padding.
