The most helpful feature I've found so far has been being able to access my plan information online at any time, day or night! It's easy for me as well since it allows you unlimited logins with your username/password combination which can't be forgotten easily if someone else needs use them now & then too (like when they're in meetings). There are some functions available only through email but not directly accessible from website like "viewing" all member accounts linked together without having separate login info per account. Benefits administration - allowing us full control over who sees what data about members' claims status etc., while also giving users freedom / flexibility within limits set up via policy definitions we create ourselves.
