These car headlights are fun and the accent lighting looks cool. However, the cable comes in 2 lengths (short and long) but the long run kit was about 1 foot shorter for optimal placement in my 2019 Ram Rebel. The ability to create the right color in the app and control the lights via Bluetooth on your phone is great, but the app asks for permission to use GPS every time you use it, and it also asks for permission to use it via PHONE MIC to record when you set it up. change the color to the music. A Chinese product that requires my LOCATION and RECORDING on my microphone?! LAME. My truck has headlights that are connected via USB (cool!) and they light up every time I start the car (cool too) but when I turn off the car I have to restart the application, turn on the GPS, turn on Bluetooth, accept the requests of the application - everything is just to turn off the light - otherwise it will stay on and drain the battery! Something crass again. Actually, I'll keep them. I set the color I want and just turn it on and off manually when I want to use it. I'm not interested in a full disco light show (which would be insanely distracting and dangerous while driving). Be sure to remove all permissions for this funky spyware. Uh, I mean the app! By the way, not as bright as in the advertising pictures. only slightly bright, about half of what the display shows. If you just want to install and forget about it, you'll be happy. But if you want to go to the full disco (and care about your safety) you can alternatively find one with your own remote control.
