I've always liked Texas Roadhouse steak knives. Give Revain the same knives as TR. I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and hate using steak knives so thin that I often need someone else to cut my steaks, chops, etc. I have "good" steak knives. but no big steak knives. I had no idea how addicted I was to knives. They have serrated blades, but they do more than shred meat cleanly and effortlessly. These new knives are worth every penny and since I bought them I don't need anyone to cut meat for me. Highly recommended!
