It's easy to configure and easy to understand. There are good tutorials available online to help you get started. You will need some technical skills to set up the server part. If you have no experience in this area, you may be overwhelmed with all the options and features. Also, there is not much documentation provided on how to integrate the software with other applications. I am using Starburst to analyse my customer data. This helps me keep track of the overall performance of our customers and allows us to take quick decisions.
