Review on POWERTEC 71018 Spring Clamps 6-Piece Set by Aaron Ali

Screw clamps are typical Chinese junk. I would pay good money for some decent little clips. The ratings for them looked good, but I saw 100% failures due to the pivot pads on the ends of the clamps falling off. I only use them to hold the decorative lighting on our van's tarp so it doesn't look like they're overworking. How difficult is it to make a collar that won't break or just fall apart?
