So I've seen a lot of negative reviews about the 4400MHz version of this RAM stating that it doesn't run at advertised speeds or clock speeds and I have to say these reviews are from those who who they carry form and/or the uninitiated. This RAM will work great at the advertised speeds and clocks IF you've built the right system. The best thing to do when buying RAM is to find the motherboard (MB) you want to use and look at a qualified RAM listing. for this MB. That's how I found this RAM, I checked the authorized MB listing for the part number and found it was rated for the exact speed. I combined this RAM with MSI MEG X570 ACE and AMD Ryzen 9 5900X. My MB manufacturer, MSI, has several qualified levels of RAM. Specifically for this MB, it depends on the series of your processor. I had to search for the Ryzen 5xxxx series in a qualifying listing. Didn't you know that after the installation I boot the system for the first time, go into the BIOS, press the XMP profile button and immediately set the speed and time exactly as advertised? That's all you have to do for a properly configured system, 1 click for XMP and that's it, easy as pie. It's been running for about 2 weeks now with these exact settings (not that long I know, but I'll update if anything happens) and my setup is purring like a kitten. This RAM is great, but you need to know that it will work in your board. I know a lot of people bought this RAM thinking it would essentially paint flames on the side of your car, but it won't make it any faster. Such high frequency RAM does not work well in systems that are not designed for it. Sure, it MAY work, but the chances of it working exactly as advertised on a system that hasn't been tested with it are negligible, and there are bound to be problems. Please, please do yourself a favor and do your due diligence. before you buy hardware and pack it badly because you are incompetent. This is really a disservice to others who might want to use the product but see a bunch of negative reviews when the product itself is ok the problem is with the person. radiator design. The RGB lighting on it works really well on my system where everything appears in a rainbow pattern. Since it's in the default random rainbow, I haven't used any software that can manage RAM, but there are plenty of reviews elsewhere. Keep in mind that this RAM is a bit thick due to the high quality heatsinks. , so if you're using an X570 board and an LCS like me, you might have problems. I literally have about 1 or 2mm between my input/output for my EK AIO 360 and my RAM which sits next to the CPU. Due to the configuration of my system, the layout of the board and the installation of the water block I didn't have a lot of choices but it hardly fits YMMV but be aware.
