I bought this for my dog while she had an ear infection, so that she wasn't scratching at her ear. It didn't fit her even though we bought the size suggested. The band on the neck doesn't have much flexibility, and I would size up for your dog! Especially if they have a square head, like my girl Waffles. I was able to keep this for my other smaller dog but even so it's a very snug fit for her. Tips-measure your dog so you understand exactly how much space they will need to get this over their head.
